CAPACITY: I have known this individual for some 3 years at which time I became interested in hypnosis as a viable modality of treatment in my practice of Medicine. Bob Fahey was most instrumental in nurturing this interest and helping me with the principles and practice of hypnosis.

EVALUATION: Bob Fahey is a talented individual who possesses an enormous determination to succeed. He sets his goals realistically and works diligently and continuously until he reaches these goals.

I came to know Bob Fahey when I became interested in Hypnosis. As a practicing physician/surgeon I have always been aware of Hypnosis but during the last three years I have studied the subject intensely and have incorporated it into my practice. Bob Fahey was most helpful in this respect.

I have been impressed with his ability, his determination, his powers of communication within the classroom atmosphere and likewise in a one-on-one situation. He relates will with others and is highly respected and well liked.

I recommend him without reservation of any kind for serious consideration for admission to your program at MGH Institute of Health Professions.

Respectfully submitted,

Vincent J. Patalano, M.D.

Dear Disbeliever:  My first encounter with the honorable doctor was in February of 1990. It was from the recommendation of the entire company that I seek the wisdom of a good STRESS MANAGEMENT director, (enter Bob). After what I considered a short time, the word stress became just that, a word. It was too easy. I had to test this man’s mental state a bit further, like, bring on the fear of flying. And, off I went, no problem. Still too easy. Then, he tackled the little bugger, PUBLIC SPEAKING, and so on.

To date, I walk through the valley of death like it is Maui beach. I feared no evil, until I started playing a game the devil invented, (GOLF). After 8 years of puffing, huffing, cursing and kicking, I was defeated by a little white ball. After watching videos, taking lessons and even praying to GOD, all seemed hopeless. The love for the game kept drawing me back and still not much improvement. One day a wise old gentleman passed on to me the success of golf, quote “this game my son is 80% mental and 20% physical, believe this and you will succeed.”

Armed with this information, I challenged the good doctor to the feat of his life. Again, things seemed too easy. I finally broke an honest 100. I felt better, Bob had me playing the game with my mind and not my muscle. My game is improving and I am loving every game of it. I now shoot in the nineties and with the winter in front of me I can mentally prepare for those good old eighties.

Sandra Kosal, Ph.D. - Psychologist

Dear Sir or Madam: I have known Robert Allen Fahey for about eight years. We shared an office together for several years. Since I am a licensed clinical psychologist, he appreciated my expertise and supervisory capacities. We collaborated on many cases and I personally experienced a series of personal sessions with him. We were confident to refer clients to each other. Robert Allen Fahey knew if a client needed the more in-depth psychotherapy that I offered, and my clients benefited from the spiritual, intuitive, and wellness services that he was practicing. From our initial professional association, a friendship has developed and one that I highly value.

Robert Allen Fahey is a very unusual person. He is highly intelligent, dynamic, self-motivated, industrious individual who makes things happen. He is goal-orient and moves with confidence and ease towards his goals. His mind is always engaged in a project, yet he is eager and willing to talk with someone for as long as they need, and be completely present. He seems to really enjoy people and considers it a privilege to be of service to them. Although he is a man of action, he has much emotional and spiritual maturity to make people his priority.

Robert Allen Fahey is a highly positive, upbeat person with a wonderful sense of humor. He has a way of putting people at ease and lifting their spirits by his outlook and personality. He is also a wise, practical person who many come to for advice. What impresses me is that he intuitively knows when to listen and when to talk. I have never experienced him as overbearing or dominating a conversation despite his exuberance of life.

Robert Allen Fahey is a skilled spiritual teacher. I have seen many people benefit from their association with him, whether it be student, client, or friend.

Sincerely,

Sandra Kosel
